DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (INTERNATIONAL)

1.2. BUYER:

The individual who makes a purchase on the website and whose information is provided in the order form.

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and return processes of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through Rameonsilver.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

3.1. Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. 3.2. Customs Clearance: The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process of the destination country.

4. CANCELLATION, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

4.1. Cancellation Procedure:

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us via rameonsilver@gmail.com. For orders already handed over to the courier, the return process will apply.

4.2. Return Conditions:

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Silver products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: For international returns, shipping costs and any associated customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective.

4.3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Products):

Products customized or personalized according to the Buyer’s explicit requests (e.g., engraved jewelry, personalized sizes) cannot be returned.

4.4. Refunds:

Once the return is received and approved, the product price (excluding original shipping costs and customs fees) will be refunded via iyzico to the original payment method.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via international courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must file a report with the courier service before accepting the package.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Payments are securely processed through the iyzico infrastructure.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for technical errors regarding currency conversions or system-based price errors.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

In case of disputes, Turkish Law shall apply, and the Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees in the Seller's location are authorized.
